The atmosphere in the island "Grande Terre" is nor too
humid neither too hot, the most magnificent beaches
of white sand around (plage du bourg , club med beach, Bois Jolan
...) the sea is hot and clear never less than 24 dregrees
celsius up to 34 because of the nice natural protection due
to the coral barrier. This is also what»s make the situation
of the property so ideal.

Located only 20 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, Sainte Anne
is one of the the most important cities of the island. Situated
in the middle of the maritime heart of the east cost, this is also
the ideal place where to stay and be able to go arround to visit
the entire island and come back at nigth. An easy access to the
main roads of the island that will lead you to discover the diversity
of the island.
Sainte Anne is offering you a very nice climat and very nice
places where to relax but Basse Terre is offering good opportunities
to experience mountains, volcano la Soufrière exciting
treks in a georgious nature and very typical places to visit.

Very well exposed AwMarineland is a unique private resort. 4
bungalows and a house all of them with a sea view rigth in the
middle of a garden full of tropical flowers and coconut trees.
A private deck for our hosts with a very nice natural aquarium
under it. All our bungalows are on a level and have a private
covered terrace. The air conditioning is in all bungalows and
in the house too.
You will find hammocs and lounge-chairs in the garden …
